#2 McClure’s Pickleback At Bushwick Country Club
The art of following a shot of whiskey with a surge of McClure’s Pickles brine was perfected at the Bushwick Country Club because, for a time, Bob McClure was living in an apartment above the bar. Even now that most of the McClure brothers’ products are made in Detroit (including their Bloody Mary mixer, inspired by popular habit), Bob still brings brine to the bar regularly for just this purpose.
