#5 Cornelius Applejack From Harvest Spirits Distillery
No need to mix it up: this delicious apple brandy is produced by the Hudson Valley distillery using 100 percent apples grown in its own orchards. Although the tasting room and farm isn’t too far to take a Metro- North trek to, it’s carried in local spots like Brooklyn Oenology, and fittingly, Cornelius Bar in Prospect Heights.
