#7 “Fort Warwick” At Fort Reno Provisions
The cocktail menu at this new restaurant from the chef/ owner of Park Slope’s Latin locavore eatery Palo Santo is filled with local ingredients and spirits. The Fort Warwick combines two from the Upstate New York-based Warwick Wines and Spirits: its gin and liqueur, along with muddled fresh tarragon and honey simple syrup.
From early Dutch settlers in the 1600s straight through to Brooklyn Brewery, Sixpoint and lots of exciting newcomers, New Yorkers sure have done a lot of drinking.
