Ahoy mateys! The new nautical-themed bar from cocktail guru Frank Cisneros (Dram, Prime Meats) goes way beyond sailor paraphernalia, although it does have plenty of that. The drink of choice here is that old-timey maritime favorite punch, made with homegrown herbs and exotic spices, best enjoyed while a retro-looking musician turns out a few ditties on the piano.RUNNER UP:

Apparently the 70s basement motif is working, because this bar is absolutely packed almost every night, mostly for the Southern fare from former Pies 'n' Thighs chef Stephen Tanner.
