 Washington Avenue
 (between St. Mark’s and Prospect,  Prospect Heights) As the gentrification of Prospect Heights creeps inexorably eastward (“Crown Heights North” was in the Sunday Times!), a new social nexus appears: nerd haven Way Station, the airport-loungey Bearded Lady, and late-night spot Minor Arcana have all mushroomed up in the last couple years, as has Winey Neighbor, a fancy-dancy wine store (read: no bulletproof glass).
