High above the ground, on the 13th floor of the New York Summons Court building, the Clocktower Gallery currently houses Canyon Candy, a site-specific installation turning a Western-themed music video from filmmaker Mike Anderson and Brooklyn band Javelin into a 3-D experience. As part of the exhibit, The Babies — still sounding like an endearing version of The Black Lips — play their brand of shabby, hooky rock tonight. If you wear flannel, you'll fit in on multiple levels. RSVP to events@artonair.org
