#10 Martini At Hotel Delmano
The house martini here is a classic combination of vermouth and gin—in this case, Perry’s Tot “Navy Strength” Gin from their neighbors at New York Distilling Company. Opened just a year ago, the distillery produces classic rye whiskeys and gins to carry on Brooklyn’s rich distilling heritage. In a couple weeks, Hotel Delmano plans to feature newcomers Greenhook Gin in other cocktails on their new spring menu, and offer pitchers of the martini to share. A rowdy shindig with Cuban music will kick it off April 18th.
