There might be more refined, even more adventurous vegetarian fare in Brooklyn, but for consistency and sheer deliciousness we have to go with V-Spot in Park Slope. Honestly, their Bandeja Paisa (Columbia variety plate!) is our favorite single vegetarian entree in the entire city.
