We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: We’re not sure how we feel about having to sit through a Hold Steady show. In fact, Hold Steady shows are among the few times we actually enjoy standing, what with all the foot-stomping, fist-pumping and singing along it usually entails. But, you know, we guess there’s no reason we can’t do any of those things while seated. It’s been a while since these guys have played here in the city, so get out there and welcome ‘em home.
