Nearly a decade ago, when Danish duo The Raveonettes first came on the scene (right around the same time as that other duo, you might remember), you’d have been forgiven for assuming there was basically no chance you’d still be hearing about them in 2011. But to their credit, they’ve hung in there just fine, and in fact, they’ve just released one of the best records of their career, in Raven in the Grave. It’s a perfectly pleasant affair, full of the mildly addictive dream-pop that seems to come so easily to them.
