Resto might be known for upscale Belgian comfort food and great beer, but it's ideal for eaters who like to dip things in other things. Their frites could be crisper, but all criticisms fade behind a dizzying array of sauces. Lime pickle? Check. Sriracha? Check. Gribiche? No idea what this is, but check.
