Does this bill make sense or not? Can't decide. On one hand, TV on the Radio and Broken Social Scene have spent the better part of their indie-rock reign cultivating such disparate sounds, the former known for uneasy, jabbing nail-biters; the latter known for expanding pop songs until they gloriously combust. On the other hand, each has defiantly disregarded trends, critics and a followers' mindset, emerging as two of the more unique bands we've seen over the last decade.
