The freezing temperatures outside will only intensify the sweat levels inside as rising garage-rock hero Ty Segall officially relieves the “rising” from his default descriptor. With a sure-to-be-packed show at cushy Webster Hall capping off a 12-month tirade of three full-length albums (including one with his pal White Fence), we’d be inclined to expect a more celebratory show than usual, but we’re not sure that’s even possible. The kid loves to party and has always performed accordingly. Now and (likely) forever.
