Now that we’re in the throes of the longest heat wave of the summer, the timing couldn’t have been better for CMJ to come along and offer a glimpse of what’s in store for us this fall, at the their annual Music Marathon, being held October 20-24. The initial lineup is below—but don’t look to us for any bitchy commentary. If we learned anything from organizing Northside, it’s that it sucks when people say mean things about you before you’re even done booking things. So we’re keeping quiet, at least for a few more weeks.

Man, if hadn’t already said there’d be no bitchy commentary, I definitely would have made a joke about Margaret Cho. Instead, I’ll just say this: there’s no way you’re getting into the Das Racist show.
