Somewhere in between the grandeur of Daniel Boulud’s UES flagship and the beery sausage-fest at DBGB is Bar Boulud. It’s relatively casual, almost affordable, and head cheese has never tasted so good. Also, we’re pretty sure PETA has two reps devoted exclusively to Bar Boulud’s Big Bird quantity of mish-mashed poultry liver.
