Luke’s Lobster
93 E. 7th St.
It’s the fresh, lightly adorned meat that stands out at Luke’s Lobster. The dusting of spices, smear of mayo and butter, and no-name white bun pressure the lobster, crab, and shrimp to be as succulent and flavorful as their destiny will allow. We’re lucky owner Luke Holden has tight Maine connections (his dad) and was brought up to share.
