We think all food should be served tapas style: an infinite array of small plates to satisfy any particular craving you might have, because, you know, it sucks to choose. This is what wonderful Basque outpost Txikito understands, from their Txiki Txanpi (mushroom and shrimp bocaditos) to the amazing Txipiron Encebollado (fried squid over pine nut terrine). Just don’t ask us how to pronounce anything.
