Today, July 9, 2010, is the day that a 30 second clip of “Tomboy,” the lead single from Panda Bear’s new album, hits the Internet. The song, the first in a series of limited edition 7’’ singles (none of which will see their digital release until the album comes out), will be available in it’s full-length state on Tuesday, but, for now, we have half a minute of hotly anticipated, much-blogged-about, non-sample-centric, electric-guitar-boasting, bleachy, blissed Panda Bear, so we’re celebrating by hanging out in air conditioning.
