In no particular order, here are all the things that will change your life this Wednesday at McCarren Park:
1. A free screening of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off on a gigantic screen provided by Rooftop Films, in McCarren Park, in the middle of summer, underneath that handful of New York stars.
2. A FREE performance from Twin Sister at 7:30, who may or may be our favorite band right now. Your Youth will open for them at 6:45.
2a. Twin Sister will be debuting their new music video for Bad Street before the film starts. We saw it and it is amazing. Your Youth will open for them, thank you Free Williamsburg for setting that up.
3. A FREE BIKE (Diamondback Outlook 18″ Mountain bike) raffle from Ride Brooklyn (sign up with an L mag staffer in a sea foam green tee)
4. A giant game of Yahtzee over at the Southwest Airlines tent, winners get free miles to travel around the country (but hopefully just Vegas).
5. Lots o’ ipad2 giveaways at the Epix Tent.
6. Z100 will be giving away tickets to see the Broadway musical Chicago over at their tent.
7. Cold Sixpoint beer. In CANS. For $4.

9. FREE Vitamin Water samples. Yes, you heard me.
