iPad envy is about to reach a new high. Next month, the George Harrison estate and Bandwdth Publishing will release “The Guitar Collection: George Harrison,” an iPad app that offers a 360 degree view of the deceased Beatle’s guitars, including “the scratches, dings and worn threads,” reports the New York Times.
It’s not only the view that counts—users will be able to read about the instruments’ “detailed history and the modifications Harrison made to them” as well as listen to the songs he played on each one. Oh man, this is going to make playing Beatles Rock Band 100 times more interesting.
