5. Tour Central Park with Wildman Steve Brill
It’s a good time to snatch up spring’s leafy greens in the park-turned-produce aisle with Wildman Steve Brill. The New York City horticulturist and foraging tour guide of more than thirty years will be leading an edible wildlife walk of Central Park on Sunday, May 28th. Some free greens along the way might include poor man’s pepper (or peppercress), a tasty arugula substitute, and common blue violets, with edible flowers and leaves.
See sign-up details and calendar of walks at Wildman Steve Brill.
