Sooooo, we recently mentioned that the so-soon-it-hurts-us-to-be-inside-right-now rekindling of out summer film series SummerScreen this Wednesday night. (It’s outdoors in McCarren Park and it starts with Sarah Michelle Gellar in the full blush of youth and you’re welcome.) We’ve also mentioned that Wednesday’s first installment will feature live performances by ex-USAISAMONSTER frontman Colin Langenus’ new messed-with classic rock project Colin L. Orchestra, as well as long-established Texan psychedelic heroes Indian Jewelry. Known facts: recapped.

What you don’t know—what we’re about to reveal—is the full music lineup for the summer’s remaining Wednesdays! This year’s stellar slate of bands was put together by Brooklyn DIY big-deal Todd P on behalf of Showpaper. With confirmed acts like Talk Normal, Dustin Wong, Ducktails, Extreme Animals, Skeletons, Prince Rama, and Les Savy Fav’s Tiim Harrington (as well as a few surprises we’re keeping close to the vest for a second), each week will bring the best of the borough’s experimental music community into cozy proximity to the dopey, yet beloved films of our misspent youths.
