Cancel any evening plans you may have, dear readers, because SummerScreen starts tonight!
Sarah Michelle Gellar is going to teach us what first base is in tonight’s screening of Cruel Intentions, along with Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon and an impossibly adorable Selma Blair. We’re expecting a Bittersweet Symphony sing-along at the movie’s end, so plan accordingly!
So, find us at McCarren Park on the corner of Bedford Ave. and N. 12th St. (right in front of the tennis courts). Sixpoint will be providing $4 beers, food trucks will be plentiful, and we’ll be raffling off two $50 gift certificates to Buffalo Exchange. Just find one of our wonderful interns and give them your name and e-mail address to enter.

Doors to the park will open at 6pm, the bands will go on at 6:30, and we’ll have the opening credits rolling by sundown.
