What Happened: Frank sends his newly-minted lackey, Peter Russo, to find a source who will discredit a political rival.
Why It Was Fucked Up & Romantic: Said source is Roy, a paranoid old man living out in the middle of nowhere with a two-bit stripper named Echo. There’s a sort of rock bottom romanticism to their relationship and she’s obviously a comfort to him. It’s fucked up because later on we discover that she was only in it for the drugs.
